On July 5, 2025, in Lanzhou, Hu Changsheng, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Ren Zhenhe, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor; and Zhuang Guotai, Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met with a delegation of entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao led by Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce(CGCC), Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Sunwah Group.
