To support mainland enterprises in expanding overseas markets in an orderly, effective and secure manner, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Shenzhen Qianhai HK Chamber of Commerce and Sunwah Group, led a Greater Bay Area economic and trade delegation to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam, from June 11 to 14, 2025. The delegation met with Vietnamese government leaders and Chinese diplomatic missions in Vietnam, conducted field visits to local enterprises and industrial parks, and organized two business matching events between Vietnam and the Greater Bay Area to deepen regional cooperation.
The mission was jointly organized by the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority, and Shenzhen Qianhai HK Chamber of Commerce. The delegation comprised over 70 representatives, including leading enterprises and officials from business associations across the Greater Bay Area.
